Finally a Way to Take a Cruise and Get Paid For it and Write it Off on Your Income Taxes
1. Referring Travel Agent or RTA
2. Independent Marketing Rep. IMR
Referring Travel Agent.
Offer Airline Tickets, hotels, cruises, Rent-A-Car, condos, etc. Obviously, you may want a Rent-A-Car to take you to the cruise ship. Buy concert tickets and sporting events like the Super Bowl, World Series, MCAA Tournament, sending flowers, honeymoon registry and so much more. Become a Travel Agent. You can earn commissions from cruises, flights, rent-a-car, and so much more. And if you travel, because you are an agent, you can write your vacation off on your taxes.
Many of our NFL Teams are getting into the travel business, most notably the Kansas City Chiefs. This is a good deal of course for the players because they travel all the time, and it would be nice to receive commissions on the travel as well as being able to write it off on their taxes.
Independent Marketing Representative. Many companies actually offer you the chance not only to open a Travel Agency, but also to recruit others and sell more travel agencies. They pay you for this, and you can actually build a group that does this and earn lots of money for it as well as earn on the travel they book for themselves and for their clients. My favorite area is taking cruises. Both because it is fun, and actually more economic than hotels because both your room and your meals are already covered. And from a business standpoint, there is huge money in group cruises. I got a 28 cash rebate for booking my family on a cruise. That $7 a person. Now think about a group of 30, or 300, or 3000! Get repeat business.
